Farasan Islands Reserve

The Farasan Islands and beaches are characterized by environmental diversity and rare natural life. Its registration in the Human and Biosphere Program Network contributes to achieving the aspirations of the Ministry of Culture, the National Saudi Commission for Education, Culture, and Education, and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. This is achieved by improving and strengthening the Kingdom’s presence in international forums especially on UNESCO lists, in addition to improving the quality of life on the Farasan Islands by applying the standards and requirements of the Human and the Biosphere Program.
